Week 6: What Week is it?

Monday 18th May 2020

So it seems the last time  I wrote a diary entry for the blog was about 3 weeks ago. Wow time has really flown by. As I sit and write this on a beautiful morning I am not sure what time it is. But now we are here....

So what have I been up to in those 3 weeks. I have changed up my diet. I haven't eaten white bread for a long time. I am currently eating Rye Bread. Which is an interesting kind of taste. You have to make the best out of all situations. Hence the colorful concoction of my lunch one week.

Another health and fitness change I have made as well is 100k by the end of May. So far I have done 52 K and have 2 weeks left so I am sure I will complete it in the given time. I try to do at least 6k 4 times a week. As well as my daily workouts. Which I now only do 6 days a week as I need a break and I know when my body needs that rest.

Just over the passed weekend I redesigned my vision board. Let me tell you what I took of my board for this year, because I accepted that it will be a complete write off. And that is travel. Instead I changed it to a few other goals. Which may take me a while but can be done. I am excited to execute the next aspect of what has been an interesting year to say the least.

We have been in this lock down situation for 2 months now. And one thing that I  may have mentioned in the past is that I have been watching a lot more IGTVs. It seems that people are becoming more creative. Including myself, me with my AKO: Lets Talk  and also check out AKO . And it was interesting to watch  Marvin Films in an interview with 256 Collective.  Not to mention picking up a few tips from the SocialFix and for the straight chat from Boss Women it is Pretty Privilege

Being the organised person that I am I also managed to do a complete clear out. And uploaded majority of the items on Ebay So there are many bargains with a lot more coming up.

2 months in how are you all feeling? Have you changed anything in your daily/weekly routine?

  1. I don't think I've ever tried rye bread before and I'm gluten intolerant now so I'm not going to get the chance but I've heard people say mixed things about the texture before. Redoing your vision board for the year must have been tough, I'm still in denial that I might get a small trip towards the end of the year. I'm glad you've added rest days too! I went through a phase a few years ago where I was running daily and I ended up with a couple of injuries x

    1. Have you found any alternatives for your intolerance in relation to bread? As the weather remains nice and sunny I intend to walk to most places too. Hope you have healed from the injuries
