Changes

I have started so many of my posts with the idea of how the seasons and changing. And the days are becoming longer and  it is becoming warmer. This is the time when the phrase 'Out with the old, in with the new.' comes in. From having a wardrobe de clutter (which I love to do from time to time.) Here are a few things that have worked for me over the last few weeks, making my life more interesting and fulfilling. 

 

Gym/Exercise

It gives me focus and aim and I enjoy it. Not a week goes past when I haven't been to the gym at least three days a week. There has been a difference in my mood and attitude as well as my skin and body. Although I have noticed a loss in weight it has plateaued and I have had to up my weekly regime.

 

Diet change

Cheese is the one thing that I cannot give up. (I will say this until the cows come home, see what I did there.) But in all fairness that's how it is. But I am loving my spinach and have a yoghurt compote in the morning. 

 

Utilising the 24 hours

There have been days when I cannot be bothered to do anything or I do my 'to do' in a more relaxed fashion. That's because I try to use all hours to do everything. On a commute I read, not just whatever is on my phone but a book too. Or if I have to prepare a some work I will do it on the commute too. If I have had a successful from when I get up I, I would have completed at least 50% of my list. 

 

Appreciate

I appreciate everything and everyone in my life. I am so fortunate to live my life and in the process help others.
