Its been a while since I uploaded a blogpost. But to be honest, there has been nothing I am passionate about at the moment. Or is there? 

The one thing that I am concentrating on is my mental health and my health. Making sure my health and well-being is 100. Some may call it selfish others may see it as a great thing, it doesn't matter it is all how you feel about it.

Here are a few tips and ideas on making sure you are 100!!:

 

Tip 1

Do what makes you happy. It may be booking a trip by yourself. Or shopping. Just do it!!

 

Tip 2

Disconnect from anything or anyone negative. Know that you don't need to give them an explanation. People evolve and that's okay. Plus true friends understand and will always be there.  

 

Tip 3 

Exercise. Such a cliché thing to write, but it does work. I have been going to the gym a lot more and I feel happier in myself. whether its a spinning class, or a brisk walk around town. I've been exploring my town. Finding cute little cafes and finding beautiful views of London. (Hence the photos in this blogpost.)

 

Tip 4

Eat healthy, and eat whatever you like. I am definitely vegetarian but have dabbled in Veganism for time to time. On my health in general I have felt a great difference. I believe in eating well making sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables but if you want those chocolate biscuits eat them (Once in a while though).   

 

 

 Its so important to just focus on yourself once in a while. What tips do you follow?
